Our philosophy focuses on the belief that real estate property management is largely a common sense business, and therefore, warrants a common sense approach.

Our office is conveniently located in downtown Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Our Staff

David G. Anderson

d_andersonAlbright Realty’s President and Broker-In-Charge is David G. Anderson. David has been in the real estate business for 33 years and has served on the York County Association of REALTORS® board of directors, was the former president of the York County Association of REALTORS® in 1994 and was named the York County Association of REALTORS® “REALTOR® of the Year” in 1999. He is past chairman of the South Carolina REALTORS® Political Action Committee and a former member of the National Association of REALTORS® board of directors. David is a former member of the City of Rock Hill’s Planning Commission and served two terms as a member of the Capital Projects Sales Tax Commission for York County. He has served on the board of directors for York County Hospice, the City of Rock Hill’s Joint Venture for Affordable Housing, was a charter member of the Greater Rock Hill Sertoma Club and past member of the advisory board for Carolina First Bank. He is presently serving as a member of the board of directors of the National Bank of South Carolina. David’s wife, Mary, is a retired special education school teacher and they have twin boys.


Nancy Love

n_loveAlbright Realty’s Office Manager is Nancy Love and has been employed by Albright Realty for 36 years. She has lived in Rock Hill all her life. She is an active member of Eastside Baptist Church where she is presently serving as church clerk, a choir member, a finance committee member and a long range planning committee member. She was actively involved in women’s softball for many years. She was married to the late Flonzo Love for 45 years who had retired from the City of Rock Hill’s fire department. She also presently owns a security company with her brother-in-law, Danny Love, which provides security officers for various companies along the east coast and mid-west. Nancy is vice-president of this company which is Love Security Services, Inc. She has been a volunteer for our annual “Come-See-Me” festival as a hostess at Glencarin Gardens and has served in the past as Worthy Advisor of the Rainbow organization. She is a proud mother of two and grandmother of three.


Wes Anderson

Wes Anderson
Wesley S. Anderson is Albright Realty’s Property Manager. Wes was a 1999 honor graduate of Rock Hill High School. He attended Francis Marion University where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He is finishing his degree at Winthrop University where he is majoring in history. Wes is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish, and has served as a volunteer for Rock Hill’s Come-See-Me Festival.


Betsy Dean

Betsy Dean
Albright Realty’s Front Supervisor is Betsy Dean. She has been in the real estate business for 17 years and holds a Broker’s license in North Carolina and a Property Manager’s license in South Carolina. Betsy is originally from Plainsboro, New Jersey where she grew up in the dairy farming business. Betsy’s great-grandfather was the inventor of the first automated milking system called the “rotolactor”. Betsy is an avid horseperson, an outdoor enthusiast and a Clemson mom. Betsy’s husband Steve is a salesperson for ProSoCo, Inc. and heads the national pallet tag program. Their daughter Ashley is also an avid horseperson and a 2008 graduate of Clemson University. Ashley recently moved to the Atlanta area.


Joseph S. Simpson

Joseph S. Simpson
Joseph S. Simpson is Albright Realty’s Account Manager. He was reared on a farm in the Rodman Community of Chester County. He was educated at the University of South Carolina and majored in history. Joe has owned and managed several businesses in the Rock Hill area. He is married to the former Ann Woods and has two sons. He is an assistant scout master with Troop 31. His hobbies are reading, genealogy and plants.


Lynn Chase

Lynn Chase
Albright Realty’s Leasing Agent is Lynn Chase and has been a real estate leasing agent for 13 years. She has lived in Rock Hill all of her life. Her husband is Terry Chase. He is an Assistant Vice-President National Services Manager for Capreit Management Company. Lynn is an avid dog lover with 2 black labs. She also enjoys gardening and working in her yard. She is the proud step-mom of 2 wonderful boys.


Ned M. Albright

Ned M. Albright
Ned M. Albright is the retired President of Albright Realty. Ned has been in the real estate business for 49 years and has served on the York County Association of REALTORS® board of directors, and was past president of the York County Association of REALTORS®. He was a real estate instructor at Winthrop University and York Technical College. He is a past member of the board of directors of the South Carolina REALTOR® Foundation. Ned also was chairman of the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® By-Law Committee and the REALTORS® Grievance Committee. Ned is a former president of the Rock Hill Rotary Club and the Rock Hill Jaycees. He served on the board of directors for the Rock Hill Chamber of Commerce, was past chairman of the Rock Hill “Come-See-Me” board of directors. He is a past member of the Rock Hill Tree Commission, Catawba River Task Force, Tri-County Waste Water Association Environmental Sub-Committee and public relations chairman for the Catawba Power Squadron.


C.H. “Icky” Albright

C.H. "Icky" Albright
Albright Realty has a long history of political, community and civic involvement. Our founder, C. H. “Icky” Albright, was a World War II veteran. He served on the Rock Hill City Council from 1940 to 1944. He also served as mayor of the City of Rock Hill from 1948 to 1954, and during his tenure as mayor founded our famous “Come-See-Me” festival, which is held in the spring of every year. He served in the State Senate of South Carolina from 1966 to 1968. After his tenure of public service, Mr. Albright served as director of the South Carolina Small Business Administration from 1969 until his retirement in 1975. He was past president of the Rock Hill Chamber of Commerce and the Rock Hill Kiwanis Club, a member of the board of directors for the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, Red Cross, Salvation Army and United Fund. Mr. Albright was president of York County Association of REALTORS® in 1964 and the South Carolina Association of REALTORS® in 1965, and was REALTOR® of the Year in 1967.
